In order to heal we must consciously explore our internal world, applying gentle compassion to ourselves and the wounds we've been carrying. Together we will journey through layers of lifetimes to find the core of your patterns and beliefs. Combining both energy healing and coaching can help deepen the awareness allowing you to make greater strides in your growth.
Energy Healing
It is known scientifically that everything is energy including us. Since we can not create nor destroy energy we must transform it; turning dark into light and fear into love. During the healing I will channel universal energy through you to shift your energy into a more balanced and loving state. I also receive messages to guide you even further into higher levels of awareness.
Mediumship
Life continues beyond the veil of time and space. We are infinite beings connected together through our true essence--love. Since we are all one and life is eternal, we can connect with deceased loved ones and spiritual beings beyond that veil. During the session I am a messenger for your loved ones and other spiritual beings to deliver evidence and guidance that they wish to share with you.
